Year in Review

Dear Friends,

First and foremost, I want to thank YOU for subscribing to this blog, watching the cooking videos, and joining my Facebook Page and Instagram. I am eternally grateful for your support. I wish you and your family a Very Happy Holiday Season and a Prosperous New Year!

Although I don’t write a Christmas/Holiday letter, the last few years, in December, I take the time to reflect and make a list of my accomplishments, things that matter to me. We all have a never-ending “To-Do List,” so it only makes sense that we close the year with a “Done List.” I hope you, too, will take the time to focus on your 2020 feats and triumphs.

As much as 2020 has been a very difficult year with Covid-19 at the center stage of our lives, writing this letter forced me to look beyond the pandemic. I was very fortunate as there were many firsts for me, such as featured in newspaper, cooking demo on TV, Facebook Live, and so on...

Most important, everyone in my family has been healthy. Although we have not met each other, we have zoomed, facetimed, and texted each other more regularly.

P.S. Make Time for Yourself - With so much to do, who has time to meditate? But how about just 5 minutes? Just sit back, close your eyes, smile, and breathe in and out. Breathe mindfully and naturally—do not force breath. And if you must (natural), think only of things you have accomplished today.
