Indian Cooking 101

I will be sharing a complete Indian vegetarian (and vegan) meal featuring Ginger Lentils dal, Basmati Rice, and Spinach and Potatoes.

Traditional Indian meals are served in a thaali. A basic Indian meal is healthy and satisfying. A thaali meal is a well-balanced plate of beans, grains, and vegetables, enjoyed with family and friends. Meat/fish/poultry is enjoyed in small quantity as part of a thaali meal.

When planned properly (traditional thaali/plate) is as healthy as a Mediterranean Diet; a combination of foods, condiments, love, and regular exercise.

Sorry for the last-minute posting. Sign up https://bit.ly/3cUTkyo to get a link to the demo. The demo will be recorded; so, you can watch it later if you are unable to attend.
