Indian Food Without the Gourmet Effort
Madhu teaches the art and science of Indian cooking to home cooks and chefs. She teaches cooking classes in her local area and travels around the country. She is an expert in tasty, healthy, and authentic Indian cooking. She has been teaching the art of Indian cooking since 1993. She teaches individual classes, demos, and 4-week series of classes.

Madhu worked with FLIK cafeteria (Compass Group), and trained chefs and associates, in cooking authentic Indian meals. During her employment with FLIK International at Aetna in Hartford, CT, the cafeteria offered an Indian station, five days a week. The chefs follow Madhu's recipes and created authentic Indian meals.
