Madhu is a nutritionist and an author of healthy Indian cookbooks.

Madhu Gadia has 25-plus years of experience as a nutrition counselor, diabetes educator, writer, and speaker. Her experience and expertise include healthy eating, weight loss, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, and other health/nutrition-related topics.

Madhu is an expert on Indian Cuisine and is an author of The Indian Vegan Kitchen and New Indian Home Cooking. Her expertise lies in home-style, healthy, and authentic Indian cooking.  Each recipe includes nutrition analysis, making it easier for you to follow a meal plan. 

Madhu's commonsense approach comes from counseling clients, groups, and writing for consumer magazines such as Diabetic Living, and Heart Healthy Living.
