I have worked as a health editor for Better Homes and Gardens® (Meredith Corporation), was the editor for Diabetic Living®Heart Healthy Living®, and Diet® magazines. I was also the “Ask CDE” columnist for Diabetic Living® magazine and the managing editor of Diet® magazine.

I am now working as a freelance health writer, writing about health and nutrition for national consumer magazines and custom publications. My articles have appeared in numerous health and food publications. My articles inspire, inform, and help readers make changes in their life in a realistic manner. My areas of expertise are healthy eating, diabetes, heart disease, and weight loss. I also write on Indian Cuisine.
