Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Certified Diabetes Educator

Madhu is a nutritionist and an author of healthy Indian cookbooks. At present, her focus is to teach you how to make Indian food in your kitchen. 

Madhu is an expert on Indian Cuisine and is an author of The Indian Vegan Kitchen and New Indian Home Cooking. Her expertise lies in home-style, healthy, and authentic Indian cooking.  She teaches Indian Cooking Classes and Develops Recipes. She is a firm believer that healthy and tasty foods go hand in hand.

Madhu Gadia has 25-plus years of experience as a nutrition counselor, diabetes educator, writer, and speaker. Her experience and expertise include healthy eating, weight loss, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, and other health/nutrition-related topics.

Madhu's commonsense approach comes from counseling clients, groups, and writing for consumer magazines such as Diabetic Living, and Heart Healthy Living. She offers the following services:
