Individual Nutrition Counseling Cost:

COST OF PHONE OR IN-PERSON CONSULT

All counseling sessions are prepaid on PayPal. Madhu Gadia is a registered dietitian and a certified diabetes educator.  Most major insurance companies typically cover many different diagnoses that require nutrition counseling (medical nutrition therapy). Please contact your insurance company for appropriate medical diagnoses and the number of visits allowed.

Check with your insurance to see if you need a physician referral (if doing phone consults, please check if they are covered). You are responsible for filing your insurance claims.

You can pay for individual consults or take advantage of discount packages.

Individual Counseling
•    Initial email or phone consult, 10 minutes: Free
•    Initial Consult, 60-minutes: $100
•    Follow-Ups, 30-minutes: $50
•    Follow-Ups, 15-minutes: $25

Counseling Package A
A $200 Value For Only $170
(All consults must be used within 60 days)

•    Initial 60-minutes consultation/assessment
•    Two 30-minutes follow-up

Additional Follow-Up Packages

Follow-Up Package B
•    Three 30-minutes follow-up. A $150 value For Only $110
(All consults must be used within eight weeks)

Follow-Up Package C
•    Five 15-minutes follow-up. A $125 value For Only $90
(All consults must be used within ten weeks)

(**All consults and packages are prepaid and non-refundable. If you cancel an appointment with less than 24 hours notice or do not call at scheduled time, one visit from your package will be forfeited.)

Email your Nutritionist daily. You can send up to two email messages daily and then choose the number of replies you'd like to receive from the options below:

Email 1/week:
•    Receive at least one personalized email per week from your Nutritionist for only $15/week.

Email 5/week:
•    Receive at least five personalized email per week from your Nutritionist for only $50/week
