INDIAN FOOD WITHOUT THE GOURMET EFFORT: Madhu teaches the art and science of Indian cooking to home cooks and chefs. She teaches cooking classes in her local area and travels around the country. She is an expert in tasty, healthy, and authentic Indian cooking. She has been teaching the art of Indian cooking since 1993. She teaches individual classes, demos, and 4-week series of classes.

Currently Madhu is working with the FLIK cafeteria, training chefs and associates, in cooking authentic Indian meals. FLIK offers a full Indian meal, five days a week. The chefs follow Madhu's recipes, adjusted for large volume, and create authentic Indian meals.
