Hi! I’m a nutritionist and an author of healthy Indian cookbooks. I’m a firm believer that healthy and tasty foods go hand in hand. It’s simple, I know if it doesn’t taste good, you won’t eat it!

 

Madhu is working for FLIK International, division of Compass Group USA, as a Regional Wellness Director. She is working in the Business and Industry sector, ensuring that the food served in the cafeteria for the employees has plenty of healthful options.

Madhu Gadia has 25-plus years of experience as a nutrition counselor, diabetes educator, writer, and a speaker. Her experience and expertise includes healthy eating, weight loss, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, and other health/nutrition related topics.

Madhu is an expert on Indian Cuisine and has authored several Indian cookbooks. Her expertise lies in home-style, healthy, and authentic Indian cooking.  She teaches Indian Cooking Classes and Develops Recipes. She is a firm believer that healthy and tasty foods go hand in hand.

Madhu's common sense approach comes from counseling clients, groups, and writing for consumer magazines such as Diabetic Living, and Heart Healthy Living. She offers the following services:
